UPM II - Production Nursery

Location: Durazno, Uruguay
YEAR: 2020 - 2021
Construction of the N3 production nursery for the production of eucalyptus clonal plants for field forestation. The project includes office buildings, dressing rooms, staff canteens and a central work area. The constructed area is 5,177 m2. In addition, electrical, potable water, sewage and rainwater services are being installed.

YEAR: 2021 - 2022
Construction of a 7,760 m2 industrial building that required 145 tons of metal structure. It has 2 levels for workshop, storage and offices. It includes finishes and an open shed for machinery storage. The assembly of all the machinery installed in the workshop was also carried out.
Municipality of Montevideo -Solid Waste Transfer Plant Location: Montevideo, Uruguay
YEAR: 2022 - 2023
Construction of a solid waste transfer plant and complementary civil works. Construction of the main building, the warehouse, administrative offices, dressing rooms, dining rooms and exterior pavements with a maneuvering area for heavy traffic and parking lots for light traffic, with a total built area of 4,060 m2.
